Note to Prospective Parents
There are many people available at the Academy that can provide your child with extraordinary educational experiences. The faculty and staff are dedicated to working collaboratively to meet the social, emotional, and academic needs of all students. A team-oriented structure will provide a model for teachers, parents, students, and the community. In addition, our parent participation is a requirement. The requirement includes, 20 hours of parental volunteer service per household per month. This will be vital in the success of all students. We are committed to offering students exceptional learning opportunities that will assist them in their personal and intellectual development. We take special pride in learning with “Relationships, Relevance, and Rigor!”
Please follow the check list provided; only completed applications will be accepted.
The following items will be needed to secure enrollment for all students:
- Original and copy of Social Security Card
- Original and Copy of Birth Certificate
- Two forms of Proof of Dekalb County residency
- 2 utility bills (must show service address- Lease agreement, + 1 utility bill, mortgage invoice + 1 utility bill, etc.
- Immunization records- Form 331 (or Doctors Appointment)
- Ear, Eye, Dental Form (or Doctors Appointment)
- Disciplinary Report and Orientation with Headmaster/Enrollment Official
